Do "alpha females" exist?

Question

Many people always talk about "alpha" and "beta" males, but do "alpha" and "beta" females?
I honestly don't know.
I do know many women that have the alpha mindset.
My fiancée is one of them - determined, assertive, sexually confident and even aggressive, not regretting anything, not afraid of dirtying her hands or drive away competion, in both the professional and dating world.
What about you? Opinions?

I think they do. But to me an alpha female doesn't have to be assertive or aggressive.
I think those women who are confident in their femininity are the most "alpha".
The best example I can think of is Hyuna who's a kpop star. She was one of the biggest stars in Korea and her stage presence is amazing. If she wanted to she could have easily tried to overshadow the guy but she didn't. She built him up and let him play his role and flowed around him like water but let him take the lead. But through that she shined even more brightly.

I feel like the women who have to compete with guys it often comes from a place of insecurity like guys who are too controlling. These women don't understand that if a guy opens a door for you it doesn't mean he thinks you're too weak to do it yourself or something like that. Hyuna is comfortable and confident with being a woman she doesn't need to try and be a man. To me that's way more alpha than someone who has to try and prove she's better than men that feels more like a inferiority complex to me.

I think that alpha and beta are just terms to explain better somebody's characteristics and that stands for some people. Deeper thinking about the personality of a human being excluding such a way of logic. Everybody is different from each other, just some are more dominant in the company of others and some are not that much. The key thing is often self-esteem and beliefs about their own personality. Of course, for shallower comprehension, we use these terms. In this case, there are alpha, beta, and omega individuals who have their own characteristics and duties in the group no matter is the group of the men or women.

I'm not sure about the whole alpha/beta thing.

I personally prefer to embody "big dick energy" instead, lol!

There certainly are more assertive and confident women out there, as well as women more easily swayed and less assertive.

I prefer "alpha women" on a whole. They're easier for me to deal with. "Betas" tend to react negatively towards me - I think because I live in such a way that is so opposite to them they feel a need to attempt to control me.

Which doesn't end well for them.

Yes, usually the dominant female in a household, family or community. It can often be the aged women.

And you don't necessarily need a lot of masculine traits to be the alpha female. Good sociability, kindness and wisdom is very important.

They exist, but it's not "alpha" in the sense that people usually mean it. An alpha female, in nature, is not a leader. She runs off and does her own thing, but it's not like she's inspiring others to follow her as she does her own thing; she just does her own thing.

"Alpha women" are really men with vagina's. Seriously, these modern women who talk and act like men are the least feminine of all females and the are chock full of personality disorders.

Alpha women are the worst women for relationships as they are much more interested in competition than harmony. These women will grind you down in every way, they have unlimited amounts of sarcasm, competitiveness, anger, nagging, and brutally unrealistic expectations.

I very much object to that childish alpha-beta discourse, especially seeing as how the main drivers of the narrative are usually as "beta" as they come and only "alpha" in their own mind.
Having said that - yes, ofc the qualities assigned to "alphas" and "betas" aren't gender dependent, what you say about your fiancee is a great example. It also stresses how being "beta" is usually a choice, both theoretical and behavioural.

According to many definitions from the internet "Alpha" means a dominant animal or a human in each of their own pack of their species.

When it comes to us humans I think that means having traits like assertivness, dominance and being straightforward.

From my observations I've seen females mostly not only being alphas but seeminlgy out of their mind and annoying. It's possible.

Yes the do but they are not anything like how Hollywood or Liberal media try portray them. They are not bossy or rude or loud. Those are traits of insecurity. Alpha females or males are fair, considerate, calm, good listeners, understand multiple perspectives, and accepting.

To be honest, I'm not sure that the Alpha/Beta thing is entirely true with males or females.

Some people just have a more driven personality maybe from their raising etc, and some people are more laid back.

I wouldn't call them alphas but more like omega since they are the ones that keep the alpha's temper in check with love and understanding. They understand people's feelings and can see people for who they truly are. I wouldn't want an alpha female simply because an alpha male is already natural dick head and alpha female sounds like bad news to me.

Alpha means the essence of gender.
Alpha male is one who is strong, aggressive and independent.
Alpha woman is feminine, gentle, supportive.
Men's traits such as aggressive, independence and strength in women are traits of a dominant woman. Dominant woman, and Alpha woman they are not the same.
