People say "age is nothing but, a number" and that "love knows no age" but, it does make a difference down the road. At first everything will seem lovely like any relationship. But, when the age difference is more than 6 years or 10 years even 20 years the maturity/ experience of the older person can not be compared to the younger person, as much as they may seem/act mature it will become a disaster. Either party is going to want/need different things. I've seen this happen too many time. I prefer dating or being in a relationship with someone who is either one year older than me or a year younger than me.

To me, no. My father is wedded to a woman (my step-mother and his third wife), and she is a number of years younger than one of my sisters (my father's daughter). My father is 63 and my step-mother is 36.

Age does not matter. I take pleasure in dating people who are older than me as they are mature and sophisticated and have experienced things that I may have yet to experience. That and their so much more fascinating to converse with.

I think that age difference it is not so important...but if you are 50 years old man and you are in love with 20 years old girl...that’s not good...0-10 age difference is cool...but more than that it is too much :))

Love knows nothing about age, gender, race, social status, etc .So no...

But statistically a 5 year age difference leads to a more successful marriage (i.e. guy 5 year older than girl).

age doesn't matter, I would go 10 years. In fact I am dating a girl that's 19 and I'm going to be 28 on Friday

May be 10--15 years older than me is acceptable. But for a million dollars I wouldn't mind any age difference.
