We’re very close. Known him since we were kids. He tells me everything and I do the same. In fact his mom text me weekly. I can’t just cut him off. But I love this guy. And we can’t be together. I don't know how he feels for me. I know he had feels a while back but I was never single. And I won’t ever ask. So how do I move on?

i can’t stop myself from looking at his Instagram. And each time he adds a girl my heart breaks. Then today he followed the page about college and girls in thongs. Lol. It’s so upsetting.

Time heals all wounds. First you have to decide to move on. That would mean a clean break. No following him on social media, no texting and no checking up on him. Then take it a day at a time and you will get over him and find someone new. If you are still connected to him through social media and following him, it will be much harder.

  I would try to find a way to shift your focus either through school work and/or sports so that those take up a lot of your time and if they ask about you, then you tell them you have been focusing on school and your soccer team (for example).
