My boyfriend vomits from anxiety every time we argue is that weird?

My guy stress vomits too.
Not really when we fight but if he is worried or worked up about something, he will get physically ill.I find it really weird, but apparently it is pretty common for people that can't handle stress/anxiety.
I also don't think there is anything that can be done about it. It's not like you can prevent them from ever getting stressed or unset or whatever, and trying to do so is not healthy either. No one partner should have to take on all of lifes stress just because the other person handles it poorly. That isn't your fault and that is something they need to deal with or seek help for, with or without you. So you kind of just have to live with it as a normal (as it can be) part of being with someone who does that.
You also can not let them make you feel bad for "making them sick" when arguing because no relationship is perfect and you are going to disagree sometimes, it is just part of life.
