(Before you answer I'm not moving on I'm doing this so either help me or skip the question) So I had a crush on two girls we'll call them Emily and Alexis. Both of them were friends and Emily has always acted like she liked me for a while, however I liked Alexis a little bit more. Eventually I tries to talk to Alexis which it didn't go so well and I never talked to her again after that. So about a month later Emily started talking to me it was going well till for about a week until she started ignoring me and her bff looked pissed as fuck at me. So around this time Alexis allegedly broke up with a guy she was dating which I did not know before and now has been staring at me a lot, I've just been ignoring her for the most part. Finally I ended up asking out Emily and after she rejected me when I came back to school Alexis was really pissed off at me
So this happened a while ago now I guess I kinda want to get back with emily, but I've acted like a jerk for the past year to her and her friends and I guess they've gotten the message, I can't stop thinking about this so I need to do it what should I say?

I mean you can try this but if they're still mad at you then you can't force anyone to be with you, they will just be unhappy.
So you can come clean to Emily: just ask her if you can call her on the phone. Then you wanna tell her that you are sorry you acted badly, and ask her if she can forgive you and if there is anything that she is mad about. Then ask her if you can be friends. Trust me, girls prefer to date a guy if he is a friend first. So you can be friends for as long as it takes until she is ready. My advice is, even if you are "friends", you should flirt a little, here and there, when you talk to her, or see her in person. Like tease her in the way you talk. I mean, it could be a little hard if this is not your personality, but you can read about it online, hahah.
So yea, I think this is your best chance to get a shot with Emily: apologize, ask her if she's mad about anything particular, ask about being friends, after you feel closer you can flirt, eventually when you 2 are closer you can make a move. Dont skip the flirting, it keeps you out of the "friendzone" if you will

You need to acknowledge what you did which in your situation was act mean or a jerk or kept distant.

don't do this in a text message you have to do it either in person on a phone Skype or FaceTime
