My partner won't let me see my friends, go out alone and is constantly messaging me and finding out what I'm doing at work. She hits me if I don't follow her orders and gets annoyed. Any advice?

Assuming you live together so

1. Look for a new place online that you can afford near your job. Consider roommates if you have to

2. Save the money and move out. Give the 30 day notice if you have a lease agreement. If you have a few months left on your lease. Spend more time at work, hang out with friends, go out

3. If you're able to move out now and you've done it. Cut her off. If you can't move out just yet because of a lease (only reason to stay longer) then spend time away from her. Ignore texts. Just create space. If when you get back there's an argument don't even interact with it. Straight up say, "I'm not talking about this" and walk away. Sleep on the couch if you must. Don't stick around for her to hit you. Move out asap

4. Start working out

5. Make commitments to yourself and keep them. If you tell yourself you are going to do anything. Follow through and do it. Even if it sucks. Just keep your word to yourself.

Get together ONLY the really important things you need (documents bank books etc).
Find some where you can bolt to and leave!!! If you are renting and it is only your name on the lease phone your landlord and tell him you no longer live there and to see the girlfriend about the rent, if there's a security deposit sacrifice it its not worth going back for.
If you have a mobile dump the SIM card and buy a new one or if your phone has a internal SIM turn it off and by a burner phone in both cases only give the number to people you trust.
You are on the receiving end of Domestic Violence, I would not call the local cops as if they have been through Domestic Violence Training via the Duluth Model they will see you as the perpetrator of the violence even though your the victim.
If you have been injured get those injuries treated and make a visual record of them.
If she is just a girlfriend do not go back, if married then divorce asap
