girl how can you be into a 16 yo. i mean most guys that age look like babies, litterally. they finish puberty & shit a lot later than we do. it's a little weird tb;h. like i stopped finding them hot when i was almost 18. now i'd feel like a huge pedo if did anything with them.

i'm not telling you you shouldn't do anything, like even if it's illegal it's not like anything's going to happen and it's not horrible either. it's not like he's 13. just saying it's a little sus lol

No. That means you're 19. In Canada the age of sexual consent is 16, therefore if you were to get into a relationship with him, it would not be illegal. However, your relationship may be frowned upon by people.

That is fine provided in your state, like most states, the age of consent is 16 or has a 3 year close to age exception. Of course it is also fine to rely of the fact that in the USA there never has been a statutory rape charge against a woman where the boy was over age 14 at the time.

Not really I was 15 and was in love with a 12 year old girl. However I had a bad accident at 17 and almost five months latter (still in the hospital) she broke up with me. So I see no problem with, however his parents could be a problem

Depends on your location, but law enforcement don't really care most of the time if its a younger boy and and older woman. But I would just recommend you look for someone over 18.

Most states will look the other way because there isn't a huge age gap, but nonetheless, its possible you could still be charged with statutory rape if someone turned you in. So either wait till this guy is 18, or be very secretive.
