Girls, If you like a guy do you see what he believes?

I get approached occasionally but the women never really spark a conversation nor ask me pertinent questions. I care what a women believes, but none of the women so far cared what I believed. I don't expect anyone to share exact beliefs, we are all different, but I will never date a woman who doesn't share foundational beliefs. I know women who do share my beliefs, but we had conversations. None of the random women who approached did that. I know some women say they don't care about that, but that is the cause of destructive arguments. Constructive arguments occur when you share the same foundational beliefs. The argument resolves for the better of both people, because you both agree what right is in the end. If I'm wrong I want to know it. Destructive arguments (sadly most these days) are when you don't share a foundation so you attack each other's foundation. None of the random women even bothered to ask me my beliefs, nor said theirs. Do most women not think about the ramifications?

I don't know about other women but i definitely care about it, while a lot of people are so superficial, also if they are not looking for anything serious
