In said episode above, the woman in question has testicular cancer (which has increase incidence in individuals with undescended testes). This woman also has androgen insensitivity syndrome which means she is phenotypically female with breast, vagina etc but has hidden testes, no uterus/ovaries and is genetically a male.

Now, let us suppose this was your wife, and you found out from your doctor that your wife has testicular cancer and is biologically male. Would you leave her?

LOL this is a crazy question and makes you really think , me personally wouldn’t of married her unless I loved her and had amazing chemistry and sex with her , and was blown away by her beauty so to get me to that point means a lot Yes to find out she was a male after all that time would be a big smack in the face but that’s probably why my sex life with her was amazing, cuz she thought like a man lol So yea I would stay with her considering I made it that long not knowing she was a male , I wouldn’t be to happy about it, but it would depend on how great our relationship was through the years and it’s something I wouldn’t tell anyone else and promised for her and I to keep just between her and I. If she didn't lie about it and had no idea, no. Clearly she was feminine and womanly enough before hand for me so that wouldn't change. It would definitley be weird for a bit but I wouldn't abandon some one I loved because of something like that (now if she decided she wanted to transition into a male, that is different (I'm attracted to women, not men, and she would be changing who she is when I loved who she was).
