Taken from the series, House. This is a real life condition called androgen insensitivity syndrome. In said episode above, the woman in question has testicular cancer (which has increase incidence in individuals with undescended testes). This woman also has androgen insensitivity syndrome which means she is phenotypically female with breast, vagina etc but has hidden testes, no uterus/ovaries and is genetically a male.

Now, let us suppose this was your wife, and you found out from your doctor that your wife has testicular cancer and is biologically male. Would you leave her?

If she didn't lie about it and had no idea, no. Clearly she was feminine and womanly enough before hand for me so that wouldn't change. It would definitley be weird for a bit but I wouldn't abandon some one I loved because of something like that (now if she decided she wanted to transition into a male, that is different (I'm attracted to women, not men, and she would be changing who she is when I loved who she was).
