Been together 4 years and basically Everyone we fight be says very nasty stuff but these days it's a regular thing His saying that he deserves better then me and can do better then me. I love him but he keeps saying this to me... I wait til he says it again without him Showing any remorse or attempts to show me any differently.

Hey lovely, I am sorry that you are going through this. I can say I have been there. My relationship was not as long but I recently got out of a relationship in a similar situation. You see, I understand you love him, and sometimes it is hard to leave someone you love. Some other times you can argue with yourself if this is love or attachment. Because it is pretty common. I Kept being brought down by my ex, no matter what I did I was never good enough. Until one night he said "I consider myself perfect, and I think I deserve someone perfect, and you are not that girl"

This destroyed me. I do not tell you this to compare your pain, but instead to let you know that you are not alone. What he said is an explicit representation of the hidden meaning of "you are not enough". Because many men, and even women, think that they are perfect and we are not up to their standards. My question has been if he thinks he can do better, why does not he get better? he is still with you for a reason. But he is not wanting to let go. You should definitely talk to him. You are not being respected, you are not being loved. Sweetheart, Keep your head up, you do not need to tolerate this unhealthy behavior from him. You can be nice and polite, but he will keep being a jerk. Usually, the people that keep saying "you are not enough" are the people that are not enough. I know this is hurting you, and saying that he can do better than you is not a good thing whatsoever.

You deserve better. He just is trying to take you down a peg or 50 to keep you in line. He is threatening you and if you stay it can evolve into physical abuse.

Unless you are being abusive to him in any way, he is in the wrong and being an arrogant piece of shit if he told you he can do better than you. My advice... leave him and tell him "then go find better." No use wasting time on narcissitic shits like him. You say you love him, but my guess is that's not true and you just won't realize it until you're with someone who truly appreciates you. Leave him. The sooner the better.
