unless you have a rare medical condition that limits how many years you are fertile then I'd say you have plenty of time. Most women can reproduce into their late 30's and beyond. Take your time and be choosy about your love life. Find a man with a strong paternal instinct who will love you and treat you well. A nice job wouldn't hurt either. These days women don't usually get married until after 25.

Those are the ages my mother had children and we all were born healthy. So stop worrying you’ve got time on your side. I’m the one born at 35.

@Sarahr123 I really resonate with you, my whole plan has been to start having those little squirts by 24 as I would have gotten my degree 3 years before that, and would have enough to get a house and start trying. But I forgot that means I have to stay with who I'm with for more than 2 years and who knows where i'll be romantically by then... I can't help myself I desperately want kids :/

I don’t have kids yet. Let thing’s be on Gods timing and not yours. Make sure your married and in a good Christ centered relationship and he will give you what you desire.

According to my personal experience if your mind and heart ♥ ready to become a mother, sure you plan for a baby now, I think you are 22 year old and it's good age to conceived fast because now day's everyone life is busy with stress better to take your decision with confidence.. Best of luck

You are only 23. For the sake of your future offspring you should be in a stable relationship and you have a real plan for raising a child. A child is not like a pet hamster.

I understand. I want to give my children the best upbringing but I just can’t stop worrying about being an old mother and feel like I am wasting these years which are my biological prime. My mother had me at 21 and my sister at 24 so I started feeling old when I turned 20. The more time that passes by, the worse I feel about it. Every month I get my period it just feels like yet another wasted good quality egg.

My wife and I had our 3 kids before we were 30. We were 25 when we had our first. Looking back we were really not ready for such a big responsibility. We struggled with this and felt overwhelmed at times and we were married. You are taking on a huge responsibility and I know you want teh best for your child.

Very common and not a problem. The goal is late 20's early 30's so you have many years to go. Don't waste the oppertunity to chase this goal but definitely not to late yet since your still in your prime.

You’re a man so it’s different. Men can become fathers in their late twenties but girls should ideally give birth before 25.

I don’t want to have a kid when I am old. And the risk of a child having down’s syndrome is extremely high at that age. I sant healthy children made from good quality young eggs. This is the time to be a mother. 40+ is the age to be a nan/gran.

I feel like I am wasting time because now I am in mu biological prime. It’s biologically the best age to have babies and my eggs are at their optimal quality now. Plus I wanna be a young mum... so basically my clock is ticking away and my eggs are wasting away.

Yes but under the circumstances neither of us are ready to marry yet or have a child but I just can’t stop worrying about having a child too late. I find myself trying to calculate at what age I will have a child a lot of the time. I just hope that I can have one by 25 or 26.
