Yes. They have more of a need to socialize and be with other people. They have dependent personalities. So if they aren't getting enough attention, they will seek it out like a drug addiction. When extroverts aren’t around other people getting attention then they feel sick and depressed...

no.. maybe someone outgoing is more likely to cheat, because they generally meet more people which can tempt them. But outgoing is not the same as being an extrovert. You can be an introvert, need your space, but also like to meet new people.
On the other hand, shy people are sometimes not used to attention, and then they might get more tempted if they get it from someone.
Hmm.. I think one need to consider other personality factors.
