I can only speak for myself. Since I want to have children I would have seconds thoughts. Although not a definitive no, it would feel like a dead weight.

We would need to be quite aware than the window of opportunity for having children could be slim. We would need to get quite efficient with timing, no room for waiting 4 years till marriage.

Sure. Absolutely. The only thing holding her back is her expectations. If she's never been married, she is going to have a harder time, simply because being eternally single, indicates to men that she cannot cooperate with a man. But if she's divorced, there are lots of guys in the same position who just want somebody to be friends with and screw.
If she's looking for a fairy tale she will die alone. It depends on her expectations.

Anyone you find after the age of 35, you'll most likely have divorced by age 50. And from there on in, it's cat territory for you lady.

i think that would be extremely difficult. and she may end up with a dude that is divorced/already has kids... which makes it even more difficult on the relationship... and some of the dudes not in a relationship at that age aren't in one for a reason.

I think its better to be a 40 yr old woman than a 40 yr old man. A single woman can have kids. Single men can't have kids.

A 40 yr old man, single, aging, growing older and uglier by the year, still sitting there hoping that one day a young woman will pay attention to him so that he can have kids.

Young women would always pick a 31 yr old guy over a 40 yr old man.

Waited too long and with children it is difficult. I married a beautiful woman with a hot body, and 2 children, at best the children can be trying. I had no wish for any more children so I went to have myself snipped. The little girl I inherited in this marriage is just as dear to me as my most loved son. They have to be very young if there is to be any success.

It's an over simplification to say 30's women have hit the wall and are pointless. It's used in part to explain arrogant women too picky and self important to settle down earlier.
But others have had time to mature, get their life together, and still are attractive.
Biology is not on their side and less optimal but lots of families start later.
Many guys may have already settled down but I'm sure the divorcee market provides rich pickings. Not all of them broken.

Lots of women concentrate on careers and end up in their 30's before looking for a mate. They are more thoughtful and mature and will make awesome wives.

Obviously her choices are limited since her desirability is low. Women's desirability as a sex partner peaks by age 18 in western countries and by age 16 in most other countries and it is downhill from there.
