I disagree because I don't think you can generalize it like that.
My best friend (guy) has been working for a long time as a caretaker in retirement homes. He's told me some fascinating stories. Believe it or not, there are actually people in their 80s and 90s who are getting married. They might have had a spouse before who eventually passed away and left them as a widow (aka single). Some of these people can't handle the sadness of losing their lifelong partner and never marry again. Others, however, live for another 20-25 years and they don't yet want to die inside. They want to enjoy their life to the last day. And so a few of them fall in love again and even get married one more time.
Does that mean they are bad marriage material? I certainly wouldn't say so.
Now, you might say that's unfair because you're specifically talking about people who have never been married.
However, even then, I don't think we can just throw everyone into one big bucket. Are there women in their 30s who have been very promiscuous? Sure. But there are also others. My best girl friend for instance is the other extreme. She is now 32 and has never had a boyfriend. Her looks don't help her (she's really short) and she's got selective mutism, which makes getting to know new people a bit difficult for her. But once you actually know her, like I do, you find out she's a really wonderful and intelligent person. I have no doubt she could maintain a serious, loving relationship if she met the right guy.
On the other hand, I also don't think that being promiscuous automatically makes you incapable of maintaining a serious relationship. Maybe some people are like that but others are not. It all depends on WHY you were being promiscuous. Was a girl jumping from guy to guy because she isn't able to create a serious bond or was she simply doing it because serious bonds were not the thing she was looking for at that point in her life? That makes a big difference. Not wanting to commit and not being able to commit are two entirely different pair of shoes.
Likewise, I don't think being a religious prude who gets married right out of high school is necessarily a recipe for success. In some cases, making some sexual experiments before settling down can be helpful because you're not going to regret having missed experiences other people made.

Lol, but in actuality I agree, single women over thirty were most likely hardcore party girls in their late teens and throughout their twenties. If that’s the case, then they have no sexual morality, or any morality for that matter, are past the age where they had the highest fertility and the highest chance of delivering healthy offspring, may or may not have neglected their education and gotten stuck in a dead-end job, may or may not be riddled with STD’s, may or may have struggled with unplanned pregnancies, and are reaching the point of life where their attractiveness is beginning to steeply decline. Essentially, they have relatively no market value and are, as you put it, very poor marriage material.
I voted other. I think the issue with women in their 30s, especially those with a career, is they´re very picky, and tend to make wish lists with criteria a guy has to live up to, sometimes quite unrealistic.

u If you are not wanting a woman to have babies, older women can be excellent partners. However, just as with younger women, it all depends on the effort you expend on finding the right woman.
Women over 30 in western countries who are not married are commonly bratty and moody. They jump from partner to partner really quick which didn't allow them time to change. Because people change their views and approach on relationships after a breakup usually. These people kept rebounding, they never experienced inner growth. So they'd behalf like 18-year-olds sometimes because they're insecure about their age. In fact, they're insecure about almost everything because the more they rebound, the worse they date (their low esteem drops and drops).

30+ educated, has a job, has worked and travelled a bit, may have had one relationship but never married and no kids and not a party girl - she may be ok, but proceed with caution.
Also consider if you want to have kids or not because once she reaches 35 her fertility starts to decline, then when she's 40 it goes into free fall. So if you're seriously looking to reproduce then try to get a partner who is under 33. Also know that some women who want kids, when they get to around 30 they start to get desperate and have 'baby rabies' this can be off-putting too.

A bit harsh I think and I am sure many things can be said about some guys over 30. There may be some as described above but I honestly think most of them are normal women over a certain age. I would be no more wary of a single woman of 20 or a single woman of 40 on this narrow criteria (obviously other matters may count in a wider criteria)

I think both men and women who remain unmarried until they are over 30 just get set in their ways and when they do marry, there may be some clashes because of that. BUT, women now outnumber men in going for graduate degrees and to become a fully certified specialist, and then become a sub-specialist, in the medical field, for instance, a person is either approaching 30 or into them. And these 35 year old MDs look pretty damn good. So don't exclude 35 year olds from your black book.
In a general sense I think there’s a strong contingent of women who have this problem and they should be avoided, but women really aren’t as bad as 4chan makes it out to be. Um wow definitely not. I confidentially know that I am marriage material and I definitely want to be a mother. I’m 25 going on 26. I ignore anyone who tells me to rush and settle down ASAP. Then they wonder why divorce rate is so high in the US. Everyone is on their own time. The " cock carousel " is a myth , for the vast majority of women , sex is not that important at all , as they do not have male levels of testosterone , which is the primary sex drive driver. Somewhat true , there are plenty of women to avoid like Ebola , but they will always be able to find a sucker man , as available males outnumber available females , in some places by a large margin.
Generally, Not trying to besmirch anyone over 30 that's single. But typically women have settled down to raise kids by 30 if that is what they desire. Why else would you marry someone but to raise a family? So if they haven't married by 30 there's usually a reason why.
I guess so. I have a few single relatives in their 30s and from what I've heard there are reasons they are single.
