I met my husband in high school. It was actually super random that we ended up meeting cause I never signed up to be in that class and he had already taken it the year prior and got thrown back in. Both of us weren't suppose to be there but I guess it was fate pushing us together.

  Well it definitely wasn't instant. Had a LOT of conversations that went nowhere, first dates, flings that eventually fizzled out etc. I'm also 10 years or so older than you to the dating scene in your age group might be way different than what I'm used to.
