What do I do if my boyfriend makes me cringe?

He's sweet and I love him, but he just does a bit too much. I get that the gestures are supposed to be sweet, but they just end up making me uncomfortable.
Like for example, spamming me 24/7 when I'm busy, getting upset when I don't respond, being overly jealous for no reason, sending those cringey relationship/love tiktoks (not the good ones, the *cringe* ones), as well as threatening me to go find another girl because I'm busy with school all the time then apologizing and saying it's just because he loves me and doesn't want me to lose him or vice versa?

Idrk what to do, its making me not want to talk to him which makes it worse, but I can't really break up with him because he's in my friend group and it'll be super awkward and dramatic..

He's far too needy and emotionally immature and he's already demonstrating that he cannot control his emotional impulses. These are red flags and it rarely gets better, it just gets worse.
