Why do so many immature guyss at my job become radomly infatuated with me and have no idea how to talk to or respect a woman? They discuss pickup artist tricks amongst themselves and all they do is say disrespectful rude comments to me while trying to flirt or get my attention by saying my name a lot or following me around. Its like these idiots were raised by wolves. Women are not human to them.

Its annoying because I am a very sweet quiet woman and i dont even want to flirt with anyone let alone have tons of jerks trying to mentally abuse me. I am nice to everyone even these jerks because i am not a mean person. I dont want to live in a hostile work environment where people hate me. I am use to being bullied and i dont want anyone to outright hate me. Also how do i get these guys to leave me alone?

Tell them..
Tell them you dont appreciate the actions they pursue , and youd appreciate it if they did all this outside of work. Now , this is a confrontational action.
Or start flirting solidly with the " leader of the pack " , ask him What line would you try on me Steve? , then have an answer. Start to get a little more sexual , use your power.
Then as you walk in the room , they all look and " shut up " .

I hate PUAs because they perpetuate a type of prey/predator mentality and the objectifying of women as prizes and I don't think that's beneficial to our society.

Also, negging is a horrific thing and should be stopped. Even though puas claim to only use it on people who don't have any insecurities/high self esteem. But who wants to be seen as weak or vulnerable when out and about? It completely disregards the very real self doubt and human weakness that all of us feel. Words can be hurtful, and even if you appear confident, doesn't mean that you actually are... and also, why is confidence, all of a sudden, a bad thing?
