Do celebrities take relationships as a joke?

Trending & News The real joke is people’s obsession with celebrities in my opinion. You can appreciate an actor, singer, an athlete, etc but why does it hold any weight in the minds of so many people will never cease to amaze me.
To answer your question, I don’t know if they all take it as a joke or some do, they are just people like you and me who happen to have a spotlight on everything they do including who they date. They’re humans like everyone else and usually they’re trying to figure it out like the rest of us.
They live a different lifestyle than regular people. There jobs often revolve being around the same people for hours upon hours for weeks and may develop that bond. Once that gig/role/ session are over they tend to be away from those same people they developed feeling for, weeks and months at a time as they move on to there next job. I'm sure that majority of celebrities do not have the issue of commitment but we tend to focus on the ones that do since they are the ones that are in the limelight right now
i know some celebrities and they have great relationships. the hard part is finding someone they can trust. there's a trashy class of celebrities you see on certain shows and they go through people like crazy
It's not a celebrity problem, I know lots of people like that in real life and they're not famous at all

I think a part of it might be their schedule and that they don't have the right amount of time to get to the person like most of us do. They get into the honeymoon stage quickly and then off to their next movie and then back to try respark the magic but it's not there anymore.
I guess it has to do with the kind of life they live, maybe they're used to more changes and experiences, so a long relationship may be not as fitting for them, generally speaking.
Also, they tend to date with their own kind, other celebrities, which I don't think it helps.
I think they are too busy and don't really have the time to put into a relationship, but like everyone else, get lonely and try to. And especially when they often date other celebrities. It's not just their own schedule that gets in the way, but then there's 2 schedules they have to try to match up.
In there line of buisness it's easier to get infatuated and mostly there relationships are publicity stunt for promotion of there movies.
Bc emotions sell better than movies.
It's highly impossible to people be in relationship with so many people in real life either you loose trust or you are just looking for hookups and you know casting couch exists
You know seriously I think this is all a setup I think these people are put into relationships on purpose and when the media decide to pull the plug they pulled the plug on their relationship listen folks it's all been arranged to get your money.
A lot of celebrity relationships are just for PR... to help increase the brand/publicity of the two stars. But there's some celeb marriages that have lasted 30-40+ years...
Non-celebrities do that also.
Actually, lets focus on the ones who go against your theory:

It’s not really a big deal, why waste your time worrying about the lives of celebrities. That’s their problem to deal with
Not really any different to the average person. It's just more publicized.
Plus some relationships in the celeb world are pr stunts
I think they do. Celebrities never seem satisfied, they have the money, the fame, the attention, the dating/relationships, everything. That’s why I don’t understand why people want to mimic their lifestyle.
Oh yeah, I think celebrities helped me realize marriage is a bullshit institution when Kim Kardashian was married to some Chris guy for like 2 weeks.
It looks that way from afar but then again, they are human and in this crazy world some people are famous and crazy.
Yeah I always thought the same.. One day they call it soul mates and then they become just a fling.. Lol i can't take it seriously.. Even couples married for decades break up just like that
With money comes opportunity. They have very little holding them into a sub par relationship.
The more important question would be why do you care what they do with their relationships? Why should we bother about it?
Celebrity reltisphip are fake.
Look at noah cyrus and little xan. Their label thought they would be a good fit so they made them fake being in a relationship.
And when your attractive and rich you can date all you want
Why do you even care? That whole celebrity worship and comparo shtick is a giant fail.
Uh not as a joke, but maybe a lot of celebrities don't take relationships as seriously as a commoner would, though that's just conjecture
celebrities are bad people. you are too if you even watch them
Frogs jump from pond to pond; and today's celebrihoes, from partner to partner.
I think it is just hard to recognize and maintain real fealings when your job is to fake/imitate them.
They are in a position where they can jump from person to person so they do just like attractive young women do.
This is why I mainly listen to Eminem. One of the realest celebs out there.
Eminem hasn’t been good since 2010 lmao
Listen to Kamikaze and MTBMB.
Ok maybe 2013, that’s as far as I’ll go
Listen to the albums. Then come talk to me.
I used to be a huge Eminem fan and have listened to all his stuff. His new shit is trash and super cringey
Well I don't know what songs you listened to because I hear more advanced rhymes and wordplay with the new Eminem.
Your problem is he's more mature nowadays. That isn't gonna be undone. Either appreciate it or you ain't a true fan.
Most of his songs don’t make any sense and he’s just throwing rhymes together to make it sound good. Yeah his rhyming capabilities are the best in the whole industry but he’s songs lack a lot of vibe
What songs lack vibe?
Like 80% of his new songs. They’re all so generic and boring. And why does he need a no-name pop singer to cover all of his hooks? He fell off so hard
Define generic and boring. Because all of his new stuff entertains me.
Is it wrong to help smaller artists grow? Not like he's letting JB on his tracks.
No it’s not wrong to help small artist grow but it will effect your music and that’s the price he’s paying because his career went to shit
No. You guys (transgenders) do. The rest are not insane.
Like 80% of his new ones. They’re just so generic and why does he need a no-name pop singer to do all of his hooks? He fell off so hard
Many do it for PR so you don't even know if it is real relationship
I don't really care. I have such a low opinion of celebrities that I wouldn't expect anything more from them
It's Hollywood drama for the movies.
What? They’re almost like…regular people.
I doubt it, they just work with a lot so...
They're liberals, what do you expect
Yeah I think so
they take them as a way to advance their careers
Probably not
