My boyfriend said my jeans come up too high. I don't see a problem with them and they are comfortable to me, but how should I handle him?

Jeans in question. I bought them as high waisted jeans, but my boyfriend apparently hates all of them and has been begging me for months to get rid of all of my high waisted jeans.

He has even offered to buy me new ones, but I hate low rise jeans. Am I crazy for thinking these jeans look fine, or if not, how do I confront him without making him mad?

I don't really see the problem either. I don't love the high waist look, personally, but those jeans look decent on you. I think that women should pretty much wear whatever makes them comfortable; so if you like the jeans, you should wear them. I don't think men get much of a say on the issue. That being said, if your boyfriend really hates the jeans THAT much, maybe there's a compromise where you wear skirts/dresses when he's around, or something... I don't know... I would never dream of telling my girlfriend what to wear (as long as what she wanted to wear was situationally appropriate).

They do look a little high to me also (but probably the style of jean?), however it doesn't matter what we think, all that matters is you like them. If you can't simply tell your boyfriend that without him getting upset or "mad" then there's bigger issues than your jeans here I think. Personally I'd look for a new boyfriend if he's not going to accept you the way you are and for what you want. I'd never tell my girl (if I had one lol) what to wear ever, no matter how much I didn't like it personally. Just like the woman should accept the guy and what he wants to wear.

I think normally they would be fine that high, but for your body type it accentuates the wrong parts of your body. Hope you dont take this the wrong way, you are very beautiful but you have a skinnier build, and having them that high up gives a look that has your clothes too tightly fit. I'm not explaining this very well lol sorry, but it's kinda like swimsuits where a certain style can be more unflattering for certain body types.
