So like me and him have been hooking up for like 4 months now and we didn't want to make things official or anything. But he was more cold to me back then like he would hookup and leave but I feel like recently he has been more affectionate by kissing more and hanging out sometimes after. It could be that he's just more comfortable with me now, maybe I'm thinking too much into it? I don't really want to be in a relationship right now but I'm just wondering what you guys think it is.

It's definitely possible that he gained feelings for you. Just to offer some perspective though, last time I had friends with benefits I started showing more affection because I was feeling sad and it felt like I had something to love even though I wasn't in a relationship. I guess it was a good coping mechanism for me at the time and I didn't really have feelings for that girl.
