Definitely don’t do it now when she is stressed out from pregnancy. Stress can cause miscarriages and that would really suck to find out the guy you love is cheating AND you lost the baby. It’s also not your place. Sounds like a sticky situation that I would remove myself from rather than get involved.
You should tell her anonymously. But since she’s preggo you can’t risk her health either. Also, most of the girls are so sensitive to their boyfriends cheating on them, that they end up giving them another chance, hoping they can work on it and bring out the best in their boo boo. You can tell her, do your karmic part and then stop being friends with such people.
