How can I help my friend to stop being illusional every time he meets girl?

my friend Is 21 he is in a wheelchair since I known him he, gets so illusional ever time he meets a girl he ilkes but he dont understand that no girl will date someone in wheelchair. Dont know what to do to make him understand that. I'm in a wheelchair also but, I know that no girl we date someone in a wheelchair so I really dont try asking a girl out. I might think your cute but, i'm not going to be ask you out will just talked to you and see you as a friend because, there is no way someone in a wheelchair will have a relationship.

I know a few people bound to wheelchairs in relationships. I’m sure dating is much more difficult than normally, but there are girls out there who simply do not mind. When it happens, it will happen, for both you and your friend!


Don’t be so hard on yourself or your friend, shooting him down, while might seem honest at the time, can damage an ego and turn him off from the possibility of ever dating anyone. Just let him be, I’m sure he is aware that his chances are slim, no need to make him feel worse about it.
