Why am I craving this?

Why am I craving a relationship... It's not even like I'm after sex or something, I just want to have someone that I can love... To do all the "cute" couple things like shopping or dressing up and going out for dinner dates etc and I know all relationships aren't like that but I've been seeing people just be a lot happier in relationships yet I'm here at 23 years old and been single since I was like 16/17... I obviously must be doing something wrong

Not to worry... I doubt you're doing anything wrong. At your age, I was very much like you. Didn't have a girlfriend, had only been on a handful of dates. I was more concentrated on college and starting my career. It took a couple years, but I eventually met the woman I ended up marrying.

Wanting a relationship is something instinctive within us humans. We can't force it, nor can we ignore it. Just let it happen. It almost does.

Hey dude, naw you’re not doing anything wrong. You will find that relationship you’re looking for. You sound like me. I was stuck in a rut for a bit out of college from 22-23 ... bad dates, no one I really could see a future with, sex just for sex. then things started to click and had some really good relationships. I have been with my girlfriend for 5 years now and... we’re getting married. It will happen when u least expect it
