I cannot answer for other women but I personally don't like not to wear any underwear.

First of all, it is not hygienic. Why would anyone even consider removing a protective piece of clothing and have fecal matters and other discharges rub for weeks on the genital area.

People usually change their underwear once a day or at least more often than they do their pants. I only have one health and I am certainly not willing to jeopardize it just so that anyone can have some fun or have a kick out of it.
