Boyfriend knows I would say yes if he proposed, is that good?

We’ve dated for almost two years and I was just talking about the future and I said something like ‘I’d say yes you know’ and he replied ‘I know you would’.
is that a good thing that he thinks I’d say yes, like he knows I wouldn’t reject or turn him down, or was it a bit of a arrogant thing to say?

That is pretty common. I'd say most couples are like that. Proposals aren't usually suspenseful surprises in which the guy has no idea what she would say. I'd say most have talked about it a bit before and most know yes is going to be the answer.

Maybe a really short dating period... a couple that has only gone out 2-4 months and they've never talked about it would he be "taking a chance" on the answer.
