A little while ago me my mum and my sister were at the shops. We ran into our family friends (a guy my age and his mum) we have been like family since he and I were babies as our mums best friends. We never go out much though we just catch up at each others houses for Christmas and bdays and stuff
So we all went to Starbucks sat down and our mums got coffees and talked after a while it got boring for us because we werent having drinks and our mums were talking about other stuff so I asked if him my sister and I could walk around the shopping centre to fill in time. He said no, I asked why and he said he just didn't want to I pushed for it a couple more times but he didn't budge he just refused and said he didn't want to be seen with us, he was kind of smirking when he said this but he didn't explain what he meant. This pissed me off and I didn’t ask to walk around again because I thought wtf screw you then
Later mums had finished convo and they wanted to walk around so we all got up and started walking. He walked ahead of us like he was trying to make it look like he wasn't with us We passed a burger place and his mate was working. He came out and said hi to my guy friend and he quickly introduced us to his friend and was trying to end the convo quickly. His friend looked like wanted to stay and chat but my friend just ended it and walked off quick
I dont know what his problem was I have been so annoyed about this cause he was treating me and my sister like an embarrassment he didn't want to be seen with and I can't work out why. The place we were at is a popular hangout for young people and it was a Saturday so it was busy and his mates were maybe around
He does care a lot about how he looks his clothes and maintaining his cool boy thing but its not like I looked weird or anything I am an average looking girl and I was wearing jeans and a tshirt. Its not like I was dressed as some goth or something lol
I just dont get why he wouldn't want to be seen with me

Oh by the way, he does not have a girlfriend, because I though that may be why, but it’s not. He just hooks up with girls, and he doesn’t care about them enough to care if he was seen with me I don’t think
