Why would he do this?

There is a guy I know for a long time at work and we always understood each other and have fun he even offered me a massage in the past. But sometimes we fought too and when he tried talk to me I would ignore him then he would chase me around at work. Last week he fell sick and I go buy ingredients for making a tea against cold for him, I tried give him Wednesday the tea he rejected which hurt a lot but I accept it. Then the next day I wasn't at work, and this guy go and tell my boss that I made tea for him and saying other bad things about me like bringing up a mistake I made in the past. Then Friday he didn't come to work which was weird to me that day I asked all my coworkers why he didn't come and what happened they said he just wanted a day off. And today I wanted to go to work and my boss said everything this guy said about me and fired me I just don't understand why he react that way when I wanted help? This isn't normal and im still shocked we were normal that Wednesday with each other then after the tea he started behaving like this and tried for me to get fired

Whoa, that's seriously messed up what that guy did to you! I can't believe he took your tea and niceness, then turned around and got you fired. What a snake.

A few thoughts on why he might've acted that way:

- Sounds like you guys have an on-again off-again tension at work. Maybe he has feelings for you but doesn't know how to handle it maturely.

- Could be he feels inadequate sometimes when you ignore him. Acting out was a way to regain control and put you down.

- Jealousy might've played a role too if he saw you helping others. He lashed out to sabotage you.

- Could even be he's just an immature jerk who plays mind games when he's in a foul mood.

Either way, I'd say don't waste your energy trying to understand. Some guys are just toxic like that. You seem like too good of a person to deal with drama queens!

Maybe see if you can get your job back since you did nothing wrong. And definitely give that snake a wide berth from now on. You can do better than guys who pull shady stuff like that! Hang in there.

I was at this organisation and there was this one black guy who went four rounds over two hours. The guy was a machine and hung. When he came it was like a pint. When all the guys were finished he was still going and all us girls were just lining up as the other guys watched. The guys conveniently lost his and his girlfriend's number for the next orgy.
