Would you dump your boyfriend if he told you to "shut the f*** up" and told you he is dating you because he feels bad?

Hi guys! Met my (26F) boyfriend (24M) and started dating about a year ago and everything was so perfect at first. He always showered me with love and affection and now he is so rude to me, for example yesterday morning he was already in a bad mood when he was talking to me and we were not even arguing but he did not like something I had said and blew up and screamed at me "SHUT THE F*** UP, YOU SHUT THE F*** UP YOU DUMB***" which caused me to hang up, he ended up calling me back about twenty minutes after his blow up to apologize to me but then later in the day he did it again and blew up on me and was an asshole for no apparent reason and said he doesn't want to be with me forever, then today he denied these things ever being said and tried to tell me he didn't mean any of it but he always acts this way when he is mad and I have noticed over time he is an asshole in general not just to me but he is always so triggered and yelling and screaming over cars on the road when we are on the phone etc. should I walk away? the kicker is, he blamed me and said I'm the reason he's always angry but I do not do anything or cause arguments lol. I am very taken aback by his bipolar behavior and wonder what you all think. one of the other things he said was he is dating me cus he feels "bad" for me becasue I have a "hard" life aka I lost my dad and brother, yet I make more money than him rn and he lives in his dad's closet (long story) temporarily so I have a lot more going for me, i'm in school etc.

I feel Luke this is how abusive relationships happen and people ask girls why do they stay, it's because that bipolar asshole wasn't like that when I first met him, with that being said, like everyone else suggested, you should breakup with him

he has also given me silent treatment more times than I can count when he has been mad at me, called me stupid before when he has been mad and he himelf has even said he wouldn't be surprised if I ever cheat on him because he said he "isn't all that and he's been an asshole to me lately". what a moron right but I have been suspecting and wondering if he has narc disorder, this was my sign from God.

he knows weight is my insecurity (but props to me I have lost 35 lbs since I have been with him and am working on losing the rest I want to lose) and one of the times he dumped ME and blew up and was being a jerk like this he was like "you know when you asked my celebrity crush? wanna know who it was? kate beckinsale" and that just made me feel like utter trash about myself and I have not been able to feel good about myself since then with how I look. he wants me to move out with him around the end of march but i'm going to pull a him on him and drop him.
