Ask them what they're currently up to.
Sincerely compliment something about their mind and/or appearance.
Tell them about something interesting that's been occupying your time.
Ask them about GOALS and really listen.

Don't, just talk to her in person. If you have all these conversations over the phone there won't be anything to talk about when you're actually with her. Only use your phone to set up meetings, you're wasting your time otherwise. If she has your attention over the phone there's less incentive to meet up.
