I monogamous because I would probably get jealous of someone in the relationship receiving more attention than more or some nonsense like that. I don't understand myself sometimes. I do see the appeal of a polyamorous relationship. You perhaps won't get bored of your partners. I still think that it leads to quarrels and jealousy.

Yes I probably get really jealous if my future girl wanted to more time with her other boyfriend/husband instead of me. I bet you have to need a very strong will to live in a polyamorous relationship and I definitely don't have the strongest will to be apart of that dynamic.

However, if poly works for people I’m not going to knock it. we have a threesome partner that we both are attracted to. Although it isn’t poly or any kind of open relationship, after that experience I can see how some may want to live poly

I just wonder how does a poly work, do you buy multiple wedding rings and what would the person family think that you not only dating their daughter or son but you are also in another relationship in probably a different location.

I honestly have no problems with people choosing a poly but I probably just stick with a one girl kinda of guy sometimes that could end up messy

I agree…it would be messy. But I suppose you can’t worry about what your family thinks and you need to do what works for you. …. all I know is it’s not for me. I think a throuple relationship would work for me over a poly relationship.

Most people just use polygamy as a reason to sleep with multiple people and not truly commit. You have some polygamy relationships and marriages that are working out well, but most are just a trashy disaster.
