How would you react or what would you think when your partner does this?

You are traveling together and your partner points at someone of opp gender and says "Wow. Such a handsome guy/beautiful girl".

Then two times you caught your partner having a quick look at him/her.

What would you do/think?

I think I can relate to how bitter that can taste, specially at your age (it's much easier when you are in your forties, if age has served to growing in maturity).

Maybe one can think: "I do this too, so many times! Therefore it's very natural behaviour", and that is the easiest way to get over it. It's also truth.

Yes I agree, that's a natural behaviour. But isn't it a disrespectful behaviour when your partner is beside you? Not only glanced, but also told " wow handsome man"

Only you can know. Because if it's disrespectful, it's sure to come together with other disrespectul behaviour at other times.
If there's nothing else, it means that one was done candidly, as it were, and it should be forgotten (if there is other things, it's the other way round, and should be alarming).

Also only you know if teasing one another with words/behaviour is a custom the two of you have, or not. If not, then this single thing has more weight. Otherwise it may mean nothing at all.
