So, I confessed my feelings to a friend of mine who we've been friends with for a long time. After confessing my feelings to him, he says that he loves another girl but they have been separated for 2 months and still love her. I wasn't hurt but I wonder what he thought of me after I told him how I felt.

I have had the exact same experience in the past aswell so I can understand how you must feel. It's not nice to hear him say to his heart is somewhere else but he's honest and as long as he wants that girl back in his life, you should try to except that and stay friends if you can because otherwise you end up hurting yourself

Three things here.

1. He doesn't like you and just said those things to say a convenient no.

2. He actually has broken up and still likes his ex.

3. He is in a relationship and he made up a story about break up so that later he can actually break up and be with you. Ik it sounds nasty, but it's a possibility...

If point 2 is true, then he will file you in his potential next bae... I would have done it. 😁😁
