Sexsomnia, Has anyone ever had to deal with this before?

My boyfriend has sexsomnia, it only happens occasionally, usually when he's more stressed. I know it's not in his control and he feels awful about it but I can't help but feeling really uncomfortable and violated. I don't know what to do to cope with it.

Hey, we are all humans and are all designed with flaws, some curable and some not easy to be cured. Did you try consulting a doctor? Maybe its something that could be cured. I know it mught tough for you but being a partner I feel you should accept it and maybe try to break his habit in a kind way with agreement with him like maybe you can try to wake him up when he is having his sexsomnia attack, you could spray cold water on his face. This way even he will be back to his senses and won't do something that makes you comfortable and even you won't feel that bad about it. I know its a difficult situation and I am just giving a random suggestion that might not be as fruitful.

I tend to wake up as its happening then push him away from me

I don't know but try teaching him to lucid dream.
Like as soon as he wakes up he has to record all his dreams, whether typing, writing or voice recording. Then read them throughout the day. In a matter of days he'll be a lucid dreamer with more control.
Even herbs help for this, but be careful as some of them are anti testosterone. One lucid dream herb I really like is actually very androgenic, PINE POLLEN.
But anyhow i suggest teaching him to get lucid in dreams to develop self control. I personally am able to squeeze my pelvic floor when I'm about to wet myself in dream...

It must not be that big a deal to you if you can’t find anywhere else to sleep. You could literally just buy an air mattress if it was that big a deal to you. You ain’t got a couch?

Yeah because that's a healthy way to get sleep.

You don’t have to sleep on a bed to get good sleep😭 last summer I preferred to sleep on the floor over a pull out couch and I was perfectly fine
