Does a Valentine's Day card count? Then yes.
My handwriting is pretty atrocious now due to lack of dexterity. I've gone almost entirely keyboard for decades now. But cards for special occasions I almost always hand write. I much prefer hand written too. As erratic as my lines are, they do express personality. It feels so much more personal.
I've typed love letters, and written poetry and prose and emailed it to the people. It's not the same, but the words meant a lot to them and me.

My handwriting is awful! However, when I was in middle school, I had a humongous crush on this boy in my English class. He was very down to earth, kind, practical, intelligent and honestly, just a beautiful human being. Inside and out.
I wasn’t bold enough to write love letters and give that to him, mind you, but I needed to get those feelings off my chest. So I wrote a very long letter, each paragraph in different colors and added tons of hearts. (Yes, I used to be a cringey kid back then.) thank goodness I did not give it to him. I don’t know where that letter is now, probably somewhere down under a huge pile of books. (I had to hide that from my parents somehow, lol! ) I’d die of embarrassment if someone finds out about it.
About a year and a half ago when I was still with my ex. We were long distance so I sent her a couple cards with pictures of us and she sent me one for my birthday. I wish I would've kept it but I threw it out when we broke up. I don't know if she still has the ones I sent her

This morning. My wife put a sticky note on the cabinet before she left for work that simply said she loves me and hopes I have a good day.

I wrote one for my crush a month ago. Writing letters is my way to express my interiority to others so I did for him since I wanted him to know how I liked him.

I received one from each of my partners this morning, actually. They congratulated me on a project and wrote beautiful things about what I mean to them.
This month only. Few guys were pranking all classmates by sliding love letters inside everyone's locker.
Probably a year ago. I am not into gifts and always ask for thoughtful cards or quality time with people. So my guy usually makes me a card.
I got one on Thursday and I haven’t gave anyone love letters since middle school
