Are they in there furry costume while the do it. In all seriousness it would appear to seem immature to some but there are worse ways to react when annoyed. It's also better than no reaction at all like cold dead lifeless stare that makes you worry for your safety. So it communication and you understand what it means so take it for what it is just tell her to dial it down when you're at church.
