No he cheated after moving into some how right away, he's also a very sloppy killer. Only the plot armor has him going free.

  Omfg bruh🤣, in season 2 he got 10x sloppier with his killing. And although he acts like he's sp in love and so offended when he's cheated on yet he's the cheater. Joe's life would be 10x better if he just minded his business bc a lot of his killings literally had nothing to do with him
