Guy is horrible?

The guy I ve started seeing has a habit of doing this. Each time he doesn't get things his way or if he doesn't like the responses, he stops replying to my texts. He gives me annoyed looks but continues to chat with me in person though not on his own. I speak to him and he talks but all while giving me the side eye, fake smile etc. However, he won't reply to meet up for coffee or anything once he's annoyed. He was suffering from covid and I kept looking out for him, asking him how he was but he chooses to ignore all those simply because I didn't ask to go out. He's 25 years old, turning 26 He has no sense, is alcoholic, chain smoker , hooks around with a lot of girls and honestly looks depressed. The way he walks, or just carries himself, it looks like he's just dragging himself. Some of his actions are even robotic and he always looks like he's thinking something.

Till Friday he was coming online on whatsapp but didn't text me.

Then on Saturday and Sunday, he barely opened the app, opening it only once or twice
I dont know but I feel it's another calculated plot that he felt that i care for him so I will chase or something but when that didn't happen, he acted like he was so busy that he didn't even get the chance to open the app?

How do I deal with him?

He’s Impulsive and He doesn’t care about Consequences and He’s hurt you and doesn’t care whether What he does Hurts you or himself. We all have Psychopathic Traits some more than others. But I would suggest not to hang around him.
Spend a few days Weighing out whether getting Hurt is what you want or not. If not just ghost him he’d have no problem ghosting you he’d just find another girl to play with
