I stopped talking to this guy since last month and we don't see each other at school anymore.
We stopped talking because we study in different campuses now so didn't meet. He never came to see me and I didn't go to see him either. He has a habit of playing hard to get and wanting women to chase after him whilst he does 0 .
However, i saw him a couple of days ago and he threw a really contemptuous look at me when I waved at him.
Does that mean he has found a girl and moved on from me?
we were fine 1 month ago. He stopped coming to the main campus so we stopped talking. Then when I saw him he was turning his back to me and then turned around and as I walked past I saw him and he also saw me and gave me a contemptuous look while I waved at him. I was so confused.
Did he. move on?

It's really impossible to interpret his unprovoked contemptuous look. It really is something nobody will be able to explain to you aside from him.
But that's really not the right question you're asking here.
The right question is: Why on earth are you wasting any time or effort on a guy like this? There is no good reason for any girl to be doing that. This guy is very clearly not worth your time or mental energy. Seriously. This is some little-kid-shit he's got you on here.
If a guy isn't putting in effort. Don't chase him. Why would you? Good guys never do that. If he's not putting in effort... he's not worth any on your part. If he wants to start giving you looks for no reason? I mean... take a step back here. What are you doing? How are you allowing a guy like this to make you wonder what he might be thinking? This guy sucks. You're wasting your time with him.

You just posted this yesterday. You just dated the guy (once?) What would he be moving on from? You don't even like him that much anyway, so why do you even care? Why didn't you talk to him when he gave you the contemptuous look... and be like "hey dude wtf?"
Based on the information you have provided, it is possible that he has moved on.
It's also possible that he was simply having a bad day or that something else was going on that had nothing to do with you. People can give off negative body language or facial expressions for a variety of reasons.
