what do you look for in a romantic partner? do you take the way someone was raised into consideration? age, personality, facial features? what do you like & why?

ok so what I look for in a sexual partner nothing more. Is confidence , attractiveness , well dressed and fun. What I look for in a romantic partner is a lot more in depth because I actually then will consider her personality and other things. What I’m look g for here is red flags.

Age (not too old) I am 27 so no one older than say 35. Girls as young as 20 I don’t mind. As long as they have got partying out of the way and won’t feel a desire to be free and single. is she self obsessed or self absorbed. For example , can easily tell from social media. I. e does she feel the need to post conceited selfies of herself in the bathroom or bedroom just for attention or is it to connect with other girls. But then if she gets a lot of male attention, how will she handle it. Does she respond to every guys comment on social media. Does she like lots of guys photos and follow them. A girl uploaded selfies is not a red flag but is she doing It for male attention. On a date does she ask questions about me? If not then it’s a red flag. She is most likely all about herself. As for family background , is she family orientated is not necessarily that important. Some people have awkward upbringings due to unfortunate circumstances.

As for looks they matter. But everyone has personal preferences. And they can change overtime. For example , my ex girlfriend was blonde. I now find brunettes very attractive. More than blondes just because my ex was blonde and it would be nice for a change. I like tanned girls with straight long dark hair. That is nice..

The shallow bit - taller than me and not delicate looking with a cute face. Has a middle of the road job (as in has some ambition but not too much that it's weird). As for age, ideally slightly older.
The deeper shit - kind, helpful, respectful, accepts criticism, intelligent but not a snob.
Lifestyle
- only drinks socially or for special occasions.
- eats healthy but not obsessed.
- works out but not obsessed- wants to be a better person

If you feel entitled to criticize, you'll find it hard to connect in a healthy, long-term relationship. Guys are not lumps of clay to be molded by women, and no one appreciates unsolicited advice. Unless people seek your input, people won't want to hear your criticism. When we feel criticized, we tend to become more resistant to change and less likely to take the feelings of the criticizer into consideration. Just because people feel entitled, that doesn't mean their choices are functional. Always consider the feelings of the other before choosing to say or do anything. Educating the other by saying "this is what works best for me" is more likely to be received and acted on than "this is what you should or shouldn't do."
