Is it normal for a 25 year old straight guy to be single? How to emotionally cope up with the disappointment of not having one?

This guy is naturally charming, Goodlooking , Talkative and had good command over his career and money management. He gets female attention and gets into conversations at lighting speed. But the problem is no initiatives taken by him to keep the friendship see a victory. By a max period of 1 week the initial life of all his relationship will get destroyed. Then he focused on the way he communicate with the opposite ones and continued craving for a single dating night with the opposite one, hence he is daily witnessing the advancement made by his other male friends with their girl friends. He is actually very well disappointed because he knows and posses everything to attract a girlfriend. Goodlooks? Yes he is above average. Education? Yes he is a master in engineering. Money? Yes had a good grip and paid well. Communication skills? Yes he is a good negotiator and knows all the pit falls on a communication failures. He is experienced with dealing with more than 64 Clients and making them satisfied with the services he offered as a part of job within a lower time span of 2Months. Charming? Well versed with the art of rolling the conversations and being active to the present.. What else? Taking care of everything and everyone and keeping them all happy with his intelligence and intuitive power, all gained and developed through long years of experience with the socialization and studying the behaviours of peoples all around the world. But no success with girlfriends, keeping up the relationship, no sex no dating upto the date. Upto his life time of 25 years. Meanwhile all his male friends are having affairs, having sex, having dates and all way celebrating. He increased his socializing and within 1-2 months recently and it did increased his social proof and circle. His talks and eyes are magnetic! Certified by some of the beautiful girls at his workspace, but again into making relationship, He
still have to witness a red signal. What will be the root cause for this?

It's not unusual to be single at any age. My guess is that he isn't meeting the right women for a long-term relationship and doesn't know how to get to where he wants to go once he meets one.
