when it comes from a guy who says it to almost every girl, those words have little value. they mean the most when they come from a boyfriend or someone significant. if the conversation is genuine then I might take it to heart. and even every now and then to hear it from a stranger passing by on the street is nice. it takes you off guard and can give you a little boost or whatever. but seriously, I feel like people jump to compliment others on their looks so much and they skip over getting to know them beyond that.

If you call me hot, I'll believe you meant I am hot. If you call me beautiful, I understand you meant I am beautiful (in your eyes).. If you call me cute, I'll understand you find me cute.
Say what you think is true. Don't lie to say what YOU THINK she wants to hear. Keep it real... If she believes it or not, it's her choice. You're being upfront. What she does with it is her choice. :)
I personally do not mind being called either of those, they are all a compliment, so I just say Thank you. :)
depending on how long I've known you,
if its been for a while and were close id love it,
but for a guy I just met I would like something smaller and less overwhelming like 'pretty' and especially 'cute' .
dont straight up be like you're gorgeous! or you might scare her off:)
but I really like it when I've known a guy for a while and he uses those words,
i feel as if they hold more meaning.
good luck:)
I use sexy all the time. I say, "You're so f***ing sexy", in my terribly turned on voice, when things are getting sexual or if I want them to. I don't think it's the words you use, but how and when you say them.
My favorite word, however, is Adorable.
I prefer Cutie over Cute but I use cute also.
Gorgeous is fine but I thing Stunning is kinda lame.. Maybe if you have a British accent? Hah

These compliments ("stunning" or "gorgeous") are not very common, so when you use them make sure you mean them. If you throw that compliment out there too easily I'll think that you use them very often to win women over, because the majority of guys only use it when they mean it. Personally, I like those compliments ("stunning" or "gorgeous"), but if I overhear that you said it to another girl, or I've heard you use it before, it will lose value coming from you. I hope I made this understandable if I didn't, feel free to ask me any question. :)
LOVE it. Stunning is the most complimentary word ever. It's the compliment that means the most to me. Gorgeous is okay, but I feel it's been used so often it has lost most of its value. Beautiful is much better, because it implies a woman's raw, natural beauty. But as I said, stunning is the winner by far.
those are really complimentary terms. in terms of... potency, I think it goes something like this: beautiful > stunning > gorgeous. Regardless, you can't go wrong by telling a girl she's stunning or gorgeous lol.
I prefer "beautiful", "hot" and "sexy". I know I'm "cute". I have a small town, girl-next-door look going on. I don't feel beautiful, hot or sexy and that's why I enjoy the sound of someone else saying it.
Those flowery compliments don't impress me. I find it awesome when a guy calls me "silly" or "stupid" or "cute" compared to "gorgeous". It just doesn't do anything to me cause it doesn't feel genuine.
I prefer the cute, pretty, or beautiful, but I don't believe the words count. It's the actions of the guy, like if they respect you, then you know they care about you.
Those are a lot more meaningful than hot or sexy! I think girls just don't like hot or sexy cause they are so overused that they lose their meaning.
Its a little chessy - but better then hot or sexy. ;)
"stunning" makes me feel radiant...so I like that one best. but it only holds any weight if I'm actually dressed up & stuff...otherwise its not genuine
whatever, a compliments a compliment! what's the difference between saying "Wow, you look gorgeous!" than "You're stunning!" same message right? I'd love it either way (:
I like stunning and gorgeous but hot and sexy can get annoying.
I would love if a guy said that to me. You can't go wrong with those words =)
For me being called hot/sexy is equivalent to saying you have a nice as*, I want to screw you. I prefer being called, pretty, beautiful, etc...
I hate it when people tell me in cute lol gorgeous and stunning are really good ones :) I like em
I'd love hearing those words, they sound nicer too I think!
Stunning definitely, gorgeous not as much, but still WAY better than hot or sexy. Obviously you know not to use those terms meaning you're practically good to go :)
Am I the only guy who likes subtlety?
