I understand that desire to make your first time be special. I grew up very religious and "knowing " that whomever I had sex with first was going to be my "true love." And although I very much enamored, my feelings and desire for comitment were not reciprocated.
I felt crushed, when that was the end of our relationship. Angry that I was "tricked " out of my perfect love story. And ashamed that I had recklessly given away what way going to be saved for someone else that felt the same way I did about sex and comitment because even if I ever found that "one", I could never share that special moment again.
