I don’t believe so it’s not so much that I say it over and over so much as my partner hearing it and coming to expect it. Expectations while necessary make it easy to forget how important it is to be grateful for small acts of love and kindness and when we forget how important these acts are that’s why it takes away their value.
To me if I am saying I love u an everything else then it's true.
The only way it losses it's value is in the way u act with me.
If u think u are noticing something wrong in the way I am saying things to u u really need to set ur butt down an talk to me an not over think it.
God Bless
It's not what's said but the meaning and feeling behind it. It's like saying you hate something, when in reality you don't really hate it.
The person will probably get used to you saying it so it won't be as heartwarming. Saying it occasionally makes it a lot more exciting.
Thanks for the MHO!

Not if you truly love them, it builds up and means more.
saying you love someone daily and feeling it in your soul is amazing, someone saying it to you and knowing they mean it and you both feel it in your shared soul is beyond words.
Not true, if your partner is someone that needs words of affirmation then it’s important to them.
Well you never know when the last time they’ll ever hear it from you is, so you might as well. in my opinion.
