My boyfriend and I have a long history together. We've known each other as acquaintances since the summer of 2013. That fall he was involved in a threesome with me and my then-fiancé, so that was the first time he and I were sexually active. Two years later we started dating after my fiancé and I broke up, then he and I broke up 6 months later due to my substance abuse issues.
We reconnected as Friends with Benefits in the summer of 2021 while I was in an open relationship with another woman, then we became a full-blown couple that November when I dumped my then-partner because she became abusive and highly possessive of me.

I’ve known about my current boyfriend ever since middle school, but we didn’t really know each other. I just knew who he is bc we have mutual friends. We met again as adults by chance (in our mid 20s), immediately became friends. A year after I caught feelings and turns out he feels the same way so now here we are.

I knew my boyfriend from many years back, we use to be in the same soccer league but we never really talked. Until we started bumping into each other more often during night practice time in the middle of the pandemic, we actually talked and became more close. It was very odd at first because there was a lot of physical attraction but we took the “friendship route” and I’m glad we did because things just developed naturally. 🥰
Didn't actually know each other but we use to see each other walking around school. More my husband use to see me making out with my exes in the hallways all the time 😂
Once we officially met tho we started dating almost immediately. It was a love at first sight type of thing. My current partner is a friends with benefits. I didn't know him he was a friend of a friend. We met at a get together at our friends house. We got a long great at the get together and hit it off really well.
I've never been friends with a guy before dating them surprisingly. I met my boyfriend at work where we teach music on the weekends, we went for a walk and hung out, and then he asked me on a date. We started dating a few days later.
I met him in church when I was 11 and he was 25. He didn't really notice me until puberty hit. We started courting when I was 15 and married by the time I turned 16, I gave birth just before my 17th birthday.
We worked together for about 7 months before our first date, and we became an official couple about 2 months after that. So it's 7 or 9 months depending on how exactly you want to gage it.
A month I guess. Should have waited a bit longer and explored other options because I constantly regret that I didn't.
Honestly not super long. We met a few times, he asked me out, and we started offically dating a couple months latter.
We were introduced by mutual friends and began dating fairly quickly.
He was a blind date lol. Coworkers set us up 🤣
Why should that matter?
