this is convoluted but i was fixed up with Boyfriend by my boss and her husband because they thought we would be good together and i still made him wait one year (and we've been together 14 months now). my boss's husband had wanted to be fixed up with her but his friend's friend who knew her wouldn't do it and he kept trying for a year. so persistence by the guy is what did it in both cases
