My boyfriend got back from a trip and went to hang out with his friends?

So my boyfriend was gone on a trip for 2 weeks and he said he would be too tired to hangout when he got back so we should just hang the next day. But now he’s over at his friends house so they can game.. Should I have a right to be upset or am I tripping myself out? I’m just a little confused or offended I guess? I don't know.. we’ve been together for over 2 years so it’s not like it’s a new relationship.

Yes you have a right to be upset and what I am going to say is going to offend a lot of people but the truth hurts sorry, Most people don’t grasp this concept because most people are selfish bottom line , and why a lot of relationships don’t make it. Now I am not saying go dump your boyfriend but definitely have a sit down talk with him and explain to him why you are upset , but listen to me , , when you explain to him why you are upset you are also have to take into consideration that what you are mad at him for you will also have to eliminate yourself from doing in later future if you still are both together , Or it will be a double standard and double standards destroy relationships. And builds resentments , basically what you are telling your boyfriend not to do is something you can’t do yourself. By being mad at your boyfriend for not coming to see you but going to see his friend instead just shows he doesn’t really prioritize you or it shows he was just thinking of himself and not thinking it was a big deal , in his mind he is thinking what he did wasn’t hurting you because he wasn’t wearing your shoes and not thinking on how you would feel and that’s where a lot of relationships turn into disaster. For love to grow between 2 people you both have to make each other your number 1 priority and wear each other’s shoes , remove selfishness and sacrifice for each other , if either one of you is not capable of doing that for each other be prepared to be single again. Just because what you are thinking isn’t a big deal it might be a big deal to your partner , So if your boyfriend starts prioritizing you after you have a talk with him then that means you will have to do the same for him in the future, I am not saying you have to hold each other’s hand at all times but you have to wear your partners shoes when it comes to decision making , Most people don’t grasp this concept because we all have selfishness in us , so remember whatever you eliminate your partner from doing that effects you you need to do the same for them , When a partner chooses friends over their relationship they are in for a rude awakening , your friends and family should never be priority over your partner , when a partner chooses them over you they don’t deserve to be with you , Again I am not saying dump your boyfriend but remember what you are being mad at him for you will have to eliminate yourself from doing as well or you will butt heads and resent each other
