What qualities do workaholics appreciate in a spouse?

I think I understand. I’ve worked 70+ weeks before at a high pressure marketing agency as a sales rep and currently I’m building a side business before and after my full time day job. I get up at 5 am every morning to start my day.
I appreciate someone who is understanding and supportive of my goals and dreams and also I appreciate someone who can help me relax and wind down after a hard work day or work week—someone who can help put me at ease and is good company to have around. Someone chill with good vibes.

I assume you are passionate and marketing requires a lot of collaboration, going over things again, client fickleness, etc. My Dad was in marketing forever as an art director and designer.
Yeah, you totally got it.
Yeah, I’m passionate about pursuing my goals and dreams and I’m not afraid of the hard work it will take to achieve my aspirations.
Yeah, marketing has a lot of moving parts and all kinds of different things going on at the same time. A lot goes into marketing campaigns.
Haha, thanks. 😊 My current SO is very supportive. My ex no so much. Having an understanding SO goes such a long way.
Thanks for the MHO! :)
Dinner and silence.
Ooohhh. That's rough.

if they are a work a holic would probably want someone who can help do the cleaning, maybe even be their FREE assistant and metaphorical wall they can bounce ideas off of and still be strong enough mentally to occasionally challenge or help channel their energy in a more focused manner. (Such as not like saying their grandiose idea is bad but maybe take a different spin on it.)
I guess a woman that stays out of the way, doesn't nag, and gets what he expects done.
Life is a fun mess though so @#$%^ that. I want to come home to God knows what chaos and wallow in it with her. Then help clean it up.
To commit by what they have promised or be able to finish off the things they are told. With preferably minimal help as this may get them distracted in the process.
do not wait up... for them
Yeah, definitely.
