Guy kinda stalked me on Instagram and now is stalking my boyfriends acc?

My friend posted a pic of himself as usually I commented to show support this one guy who is friends with him I assume bc he follows him ( let’s just call him Jason) Jason saw my comment and viewed my story on a daily basis literally everyday for a month without even following me yes I know it’s Instagram my account is public but I felt weirded out bc he didn’t even follow me and he was doing it everyday for a month or two I posted my boyfriend on my story mentioned my boyfriend username on my story then he s viewed it again I got creeped out than I blocked him, next day my boyfriend told me that the same Jason guy kept viewing his story for over a week I immediately got weirded out by this my friend told me it seems like infatuation but I think it’s kinda obsessive not to sound full of it? I mean why would u go out of your way to stalk a girls boyfriend making it worse a girl you just saw through a comment section don’t even talk to her nor follow her… it’s creeper bc he prob knows I blocked him and he knows I’m uncomfortable and still does this?
