How would you deal with a narcissist?

So I left my narcissistic ex 45 days ago, well since then she won't go away, I've even told the police but they're as useful as a chocolate fire guard, I'm at a loss and have no clue what to do about it has anyone got any ideas what I can do apart from the obvious block and report. (She just makes new accounts)

For context she lies has told everyone I'm a nasty person I'm a head f**K I'm evil and I lie, she hits me in my privates. She tried to stab me with carpet sheers and she put a piece of paper in my door so I'd get burgled, and now she is harassing me online, I have literally no one who can help me, and I'm at a total loss. Any idea would be welcome.

You might need a break from social media or just stop interacting with anyone you don't know personally.

I think there are hotlines you can call for domestic abuse. Men are recognized as victims by many advocates.

You can research what to do as if you were a female being targeted by her exboyfriend.

I'm not a narcissist, she's the one that is causing trouble, I just walked away and ended things she's the one who can't leave me alone. I didn't do anything bad to her I never hit her or lied to her I helped her get through some tough stuff. Yet this is what she does to me.

I know she's insane, but it's really messing with my mental health as I'm on edge of what she'll do next. And being online when I get a message from someone I have to be on guard incase it's her again. So meeting someone now is impossible.

Sounds like a bad vibe. Look up grey stoning. I know a girl who applied that in a marriage and he backed off as he got bored with her. It sounds like they live together but apart. She’s 45 years in marriage…. She told me about it year ago

She lives up the road from me so when she comes here I just don't answer the door but I'll try this next time she starts online. I've blocked 2 of her fake accounts so far so I'll see if she makes anymore. Hopefully she'll get fed up with it all and move on.
