I think the girl should've told him she would like to have a pixie cut, not because the man has to aprove it but because it would be good if she mentioned that first so it is not that shocking. However, yes she should do it anyways whatever he says, and decide how she wants her hair, maybe he didn't like it because he felt like dating a man, but don't matter why he was upset about it, it is toxic and it was the best for her.
Some of y'all bitch and complain if we decide to grow a beard. It's the same concept. Yes, we own our own bodies, but we should still at least try to be attractive to our partners.
I hate when guys are like that. I cut off 12inches from my hair and everyone was shocked. Like all guys just think girls need long hair to look feminine when that isn't the case. Most girls look better with a little bit shorter hair to show off their face.
Whenever I went from super long hair to short hair, I received no negative feedback.
